Insurance Company ("SecuriCan"). PurinaCare and other related trademarks
are owned by Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. and used by SecuriCan

SecuriCan shall collect and use the personal information you provide when using
this site, as required to process your request for an insurance premium quote, to
store and retrieve your quote, to process any application you may submit to buy
PurinaCare Pet Health Insurance and to administer any PurinaCare Pet Health Insurance
you may buy. SecuriCan may also collect, use or disclose this personal information
for the following optional purposes (the "Optional Purposes"):
- to offer you upgraded and additional insurance products endorsed by Nestlé Purina PetCare, a Division of Nestlé Canada Inc. ("Purina"); and
- SecuriCan may disclose personal information to Purina and its affiliated companies so that they may communicate to you other Purina® products and offers which may be of interest to you.
You may decline or revoke your consent to this use and/or disclosure of your personal
information for the Optional Purposes at any time by calling 1-800-661-3199,

When you send an e-mail to SecuriCan or otherwise provide your e-mail address or
when you ask for a response by e-mail, SecuriCan learns your exact e-mail address
and any information you have included in the e-mail. Your e-mail address will be
used to acknowledge your comments, reply to your questions, deliver your insurance
documents, and for customer service.
SecuriCan will also use and disclose your e-mail address for the Optional Purposes
set out above. If you do not want to be contacted by e-mail in connection with these
optional purposes, call 1-800-661-3199, toll-free.
Your e-mail address and communications and any reply will be stored in case of further
correspondence.
